Please find below a list of our Princess Party packages, each catered to your specific needs




Princess in Training Party - $425

Recommended for guests ages 5 and above. 

  • Includes 6 guests, including the birthday girl. Up to 10 total guests allowed, with each additional guest at $30.
  • You choose two services from the following for your party (everyone gets the same two services, chosen before party): mini manicures, mini pedicures, hair styling or makeup, provided by the skilled stylists at The Fairmount Salon & Day Spa. 
  • Craft setup for each guest to do at the party and take home.
  • Goody bag for each guest at the party.
  • Birthday Princess receives a beautiful sash and tiara.
  • 2 hours

Pampered Princess Party - $450

Recommended for guests ages 6 and above.

  • Includes 6 guests, including the birthday girl. Up to 10 total guests allowed, with each additional guest at $40
  • Mini pedicure, mini manicure, and a hair style for each guest provided by the skilled stylists at The Fairmount Salon & Day Spa.
  • Craft setup for each guest to do at the party and take home.

Glam Princess Party - $500

Recommended for guests ages 6 and above.

  • Includes 6 guests, including the birthday girl. Up to 10 total guests allowed, with each additional guest at $50
  • Hair styling, tinsel for the hair, makeup, and a mini manicure provided by the skilled stylists at The Fairmount Salon & Day Spa.
  • Craft setup for each guest to do at the party and take home.
  • Goody bag for each guest at the party.
  • Cupcakes for the party guests.
  • Birthday Princess receives a beautiful sash and tiara.
  • 2.5 hours

Fit for a Queen Party - $600

Recommended for guests ages 8 and above.

  • Includes 6 guests, including the birthday girl. Up to 10 total guests allowed, with each additional guest at $80.
  • Hair styling, tinsel for the hair, makeup, mini manicure, mini pedicure, and mini facials provided by the skilled stylists at The Fairmount Salon & Day Spa. 
  • Each child will also receive a robe and spa headband (which they will get to take home with them). We recommend children wear leggings and a tank top to be comfortable during their spa treatment. 
  • Craft setup for each guest to do at the party and take home.
  • Goody bag for each guest at the party.
  • Cupcakes for the party guests.
  • Birthday Princess receives a beautiful sash and tiara.

Here are the policies for birthday parties at The Fairmount Salon & Day Spa:


Booking:

  • Please call the salon at 716.488.2900 to book parties and approve dates.
  • Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance and a signed contract must be received.
  • Parties can be booked on Saturdays 3:00 or later; anytime on Sundays.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed is 10 (excluding parents or other adults present).

Payment:

  • Half of the party must be paid within 5 days of reserving your party to officially reserve your party. Invoice can be emailed to you and can be paid online. This payment is non-refundable.
  • The remaining half of the payment must be made at least 3 days before the party. Invoice can be emailed to you and can be paid online. This payment is non-refundable.
  • The party is pre-planned with at least 6 guests including the birthday girl/boy, there will NOT be a discounted rate if there are fewer guests.


Arriving and Departing:

  • The birthday girl/boy and the parents of the birthday girl/boy can arrive up to 30 minutes before the party start time.
  • The birthday girl/boy and the parents of the birthday girl/boy will have 30 minutes to depart the salon.
  • Parties are contracted to begin and end at reserved times. Please ensure your guests arrive and depart on time.
  • Please take all personal belongings out of the salon.
  • An adult from the party must always remain with the guests.


Day of Party:

  • Absolutely no alcohol is allowed on the premises.
  • Guest parents are welcome to stay and watch, but space is limited.
  • All children must have a waiver filled out by a parent or guardian before the party or when the children arrive to the party. Waiver/ Release forms are available for download. 


  • (Children will NOT receive services without a signed parent/guardian waiver.)
